Fantastic sound, after tweaking the sub!

This can be easily fixed. Disconnect the amp from the sub, and locate the jumper on the amp (you will see in white letters: "off", "auto" and "on". The jumper will be set at "auto". Simply move the jumper from "auto" to "on" and reconnect the amp.
