Excellent Phone

I have not compaints, this phone does everything I need. And you can't discount the "cool factor". I've had no hardware problems with the LCD or with any other part.
Terrible Screen Quality

I had the same problem with the screen. The LCD screen cracked without any physical pressure. As the screen is not unter warranty Siemens is not even willing to check the phone. Any repair would be more than $ 115 - who can afford that for a 4 week old phone which already was $200!?
Awful

The most expensive, delicate phone on the market. The LCD screen cracked without any physical pressure. Siemens has refused to fix it and yet wireless companies are dropping it from their product list.

Love it, but it's got problems
