I have a VPR Matrix 200A5
the DVD/CDRW drive is defect
please can some one yell me where can I bay a DVD/CDRW please

Total lack of respect for customers. You want a real laugh, try to get the part numbers for any replacement part. They won't cause they are greedy suckbags. All if not most other companies will gladly give you the part numbers. They know if they did give you part numbers or had some sort of parts list, then we would deal with ebay or any other company. $192 for a battery. SUCK MY A$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anybody know parts list, please help
Not to bad at all

I've had mine for almost 2 years. It hasnt had any major problems. I've never had to take it in for service and I use it every day. The only thing that broke was the A/C adapter but easily replaced it. Sorry to all the suckers that got the craptops. Mine is great! ha ha

Best Buy replaced my VPR 200A5 after a fourth claim, and I was pleasantly surprised how accommadating they were in letting me pick a replacement out. I settled on an HP zv5240 which I like. It took about a week and a half of phone calls to their 1-888 number, but once the store got the ok it went well. To sum up my 200A5 experience, I liked the machines performance but it had way too many problems and was unreliable. And what is up with that heat? Here's hoping HP makes a good product.
