Beautiful little radio!

I've had a Sanyo Internet radio for a couple of months and am very pleased with it. At first, the way it works seems clunky, but it's very intuitive and you soon get used to it. I like the sound of a table radio for listening to a mixture of music and talk on foreign radio stations. I can finally listen to radio stations I listened to years ago in Europe without being in the same room as my computer or even having my computer on! Very nice!
Connection over Satellite Internet

I've been using Slim Device through Starband Internet satellite. It doesn't work reliably. Has anyone tested the Sanyo R227 over a satellite Internet connection?
firmware, flac

I wonder if it's possible to do firmware updates on this unit. I sure wish it supported flac. Seems like a great way to get the audio files on my computer to the home stereo.
