Works like a rock Casio Boulder

I might as well use a rock to make calls. This phone is absolutely the worst cell phone I have ever used. The Bluetooth is temperamental, the sound quality is poor, limited information can be stored in contacts- no addresses or additional information. I cannot send pics or sound via Bluetooth. If it weren't my work cell I would just prefer to smash it with a rock!!!

Unlike some of the others that have said there phone was junk, mine has been through hell and back and still works like a charm. I did have to recently replace the battery, but after a year of use I expect that with any phone. I was a 10 plus year AT&T/Cingular customer and have been way happier with Verizon.

I've gone through 3 of them and it locks up and shuts off. Don't ever get one, a waist of money!

I have had this phone since march. I really regret not reading the reviews before I bought it. the LCD screen has fractured and I am on my 3rd replacement battery. The first 2 batteries only held a charge for 10-12 hours at limited use. Let's see how the 3rd one holds up.
