Didn't purchase.

I was seriously considering purchasing. The pictures look GREAT! But after reading the reviews of poor product, plus poor customer service, I thought better of it.
RIPE OFF -- and a fortune in shipping and shipping back

The product is flimsy and my laptop (Sony VAIO 11" screen, so it's not even a huge laptop) tips the product over. Not a big deal, I'll just return it. So it basically cost me $34.00 to ship here (UPS Ground -- the cheapest available) and now I have to ship it back. Obviously they plan to make their money on the shipping profit margin.
It's a shame...

I haven't experienced any of the poor customer service the above person noted. I've actually find them pretty good. They answered my questions promptly.
I am extremely satisfied with my unit, I use it everyday and it's brilliant!
Disgusting customer (no) customer service available.

They have no customer service to track your purchase. I paid $80 next day shipping and have not even received an e-mail from them. Calling is useless. Evan says he has to e-mail someone to get back to me in 1-2 days. His supervisor refused to speak with me. Can't cancel the order through them. I have contacted my credit card company to investigate. Don't do business with them if you don't have to.
