WOW!

by anthony on Jul 29th, 2009 at 10:39 AM:

User Score: 10.png All I can say is wow. I've had touch screen phones that had a mind of their own. This is my first BB and it's cool. It's hard to get use to at first, a lot of features and other things. WiFi and other communications that I have not gotten into yet, but I bet it will be nice. Plus I only paid $148.88 for it brand new so I'm cool vs. $500 or more bucks for it.

Blackberry Curve

User Score: 2.png This phone sucks. I have gone through 5 phones in one year due to malfunctioning problems and have never dropped it.

Great phone

User Score: 8.png The Blackberry curve is awsome for texting, e-mail, GPS and phone. The internet could be better should improve with 3G.

Disagree

by Antonia on Apr 16th, 2008 at 3:17 PM:

User Score: 9.png I disagree with some of the above. I enjoy the phone very much. My internet works pretty quickly, considering it is just a cell phone. I bought a brand new at a discount price so I can't aruge there. But I think that the Blackberry Curve is stylish and has many convenient features.

Critical

by Sam on Mar 5th, 2008 at 12:02 PM:

User Score: 4.png I have the same complaints as above, but I found the phone to serve other productive needs. My only serious complaint is the lack of support from RIM - Blackberry for Linux. I would strongly like to tether my phone and use it as a modem, but there is no easy way to do this in Linux for numerous reasons. Also to reiterate a STRONG complaint this is supposedly a SMART DEVICE, but the browsing sucks, it simply fails on all accounts; it effectively does not work for surfing the internet, thus the phone is incredibly limited. I loaded another browser - Opera, still suffered issues, and could be provider's network. Ultimately if a smart phone is supposed to surf the web it should do so easily and not lock up or freeze in the browser. I paid $350 with a $50.00 rebate. I should have gotten another phone; not impressed. I will be closely monitoring other smart phones and their network providers.
