This thing has to be one of the worst printers ever in the history of printerdom. I would prefer using an old dot-matrix compared to this thing. It's amazing that HP ever let this thing loose onto the public.
It prints fine - when it does print.
It produces a paper jam during almost every print job - no matter how small.
I don't know where they came up with the PPM rating but that is a farce! The printer gyrates or readies itself to print for more than a minute before any print job...sometimes gyrating well after a job is done - on the seldom occasion.
It is tied into the OS drivers so tightly it won't allow you to print on any size paper you wish - it must have the proper paper in the correct tray and must have the correct size selected or it won't print. So if you just want to proof something on a blank sheet of paper without ruining a good piece of stock - forget it - it won't let you.
If we could get our money back we would - immediately!
Shame on HP!
PLEASE OFFER US A REFUND!

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased.
The print quality is fine, if it ever prints.
Between paper jams, error messages that are incorrect, and the endless fidgeting and preparation time between print jobs where it sounds like a small locomotive, I am lucky to get three pictures before it runs out of ink on mis-prints.
This is a serious piece of junk. Save your money.
