Nice unit, but no front power button

I have three of these. One a working drive, one an onsite backup, and one an offsite backup. Hopefully this should take care of the extra risk associated with using a raid 0 drive. I get consistant read/write speeds of about 46 MB/s.

The only problem I have is that I can't seem to use the "shortcut button" as a simple on off switch. I find this very inconvenient - I don't need to launch an application with one touch of a button (I can double click just fine) but it is nice to be able to turn the drive on and off without having to reach around to the back. All earlier LaCie drives you could turn on and off via the blue button on front.
