Don't do it

by jobster71 on Apr 24th, 2009 at 2:14 PM:

User Score: 6.png I have the freezing problem and the battery last only about 2 hrs after a full charge. I have regretted buying it after the first month. Very slow, not very many applications.

Just awful

User Score: 2.png This is the worst cell phone I've ever owned. Never in my life have I had to perform so many master resets. I will never own a Motorola phone again.

Terrible phone

User Score: 2.png I've had this phone since August and I totally hate it, it shuts down constantly...I have tried all the so-called fixes (master reset, taking the battery out, not letting the charge go down to below 2/3, which is ridiculous), but nothing works and it's out of warranty, though the network is great (I get reception everywhere), the voice quality is terrible, there is an echo for the first few minutes of every call.....it also doesn't play nice with outlook calendar, which is the reason I bought it, I ordinarily LOVE Motorola phones, but I'm very disappointed with this one.

Undecided

User Score: 4.png I have had this phone for about 3 weeks now and while I do like some of the Windows mobile applications better than the BlackBerry 8830 that I replaced, overall this phone sucks. I constantly have slow connections, the phone will shut off by itself when the battery is fully charged and I have to remove the battery and reset the phone and/or do a master reset. As of today the phone will turn on, shows the Verizon logo and then freezes on a white screen. I am sick of messing with this and did not have any issues with my BlackBerry. The only reason I changed to this phone was because I was eligable for an upgrade and wanted a device with a camera. what a mistake.

Terrible glitch

by Max on May 5th, 2008 at 2:31 PM:

User Score: 1.png Whenever the battery is running low on this phone it shuts itself off. Normal, right? However, it doesn't turn back on. It goes to the opening screen and will not progress to the start menu. This has happened twice and I've had the phone less than 3 months. When I called tech support they said I had to do a master reset on the phone, deleting all my contacts, pictures, videos, SMS messages, and calendar appointments. Essentially back to factory settings. This is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend this phone at all.
