Undecided

I have had this phone for about 3 weeks now and while I do like some of the Windows mobile applications better than the BlackBerry 8830 that I replaced, overall this phone sucks. I constantly have slow connections, the phone will shut off by itself when the battery is fully charged and I have to remove the battery and reset the phone and/or do a master reset. As of today the phone will turn on, shows the Verizon logo and then freezes on a white screen. I am sick of messing with this and did not have any issues with my BlackBerry. The only reason I changed to this phone was because I was eligable for an upgrade and wanted a device with a camera. what a mistake.
Terrible glitch

Whenever the battery is running low on this phone it shuts itself off. Normal, right? However, it doesn't turn back on. It goes to the opening screen and will not progress to the start menu. This has happened twice and I've had the phone less than 3 months. When I called tech support they said I had to do a master reset on the phone, deleting all my contacts, pictures, videos, SMS messages, and calendar appointments. Essentially back to factory settings. This is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend this phone at all.

At first i had a defective model but have recently fixed that issue. This phone is amazing with a few minor cons.
This is the best phone ever

I love this phone. There is no freezing, the camera is great and it also has Microsoft Word on it. It is the best of best
