No Support!
by Darren on Feb 17th, 2009 at 11:05 PM:
The unit would be great if no roads changed or were built after the pre-loaded maps were installed.
Delphi offers less than no support, and the "tech support" guy wasted no time in treating me like a second class citizen, and basically told me that I had just bought a talking paper-weight.
I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from these monkys, again!
not for Canada

Works decently but doesn't understand "NO UTURNS". Can't set the time zone and heaven forbid you try to use it in Canada. Outdated Canadian maps, no accessories available in Canada. Heck you can't even register for updates with a Canadian address.
Works in city but freeway?
by Kelsey on Nov 27th, 2007 at 10:43 AM:
I bought this hoping it would be better than my old Garmin, and it is in some aspects. In the city it worked great and I was really happy, but on the freeways it wasn't that great, and had trouble finding pre-set locations. Once I played with it for a while it got better though and the system seems to be working out fine.
