OK for satelite use

While lacking in bass and low definition they play well with subwoofers in a surround environment. The low tones are a tad muddy but the mid to highs are clear. Sensitivity is so-so. They have a rear bass port, the grilles are removable and spring wire binders are used on the back. No keyholes or brackets for hanging. On their own they sound like budget 2-way speakers but take on much better flavor with a sub-woofer where their bass compliments rather than competes with the woofer. Despite the magnetic shielding, they affect my Sony 22" CRT monitor a bit from 18 inches away.
