I recommend this reciever

After my 6 year old Sony receiver died on me I connected the Pioneer to my existing speakers and sub woofer. The sound difference is amazing. Crisp sound and bass, and the whole system is much easier to use than my previous Sony. I hope to keep this system awhile.

Bought this unit as an upgrade to my mini system which was slowly dying, sound is really clear and crisp, so much power i dont even know what do with, easy to use and set up all round my favourite uni by far comparing to my mates and parents set ups.

Great Thing Comes With Reasonable Price!!

I can't believe when I first turned it on using my old 2.0 speakers and they sound very GOOD and way better compare to my previous hifi. I am getting my center,surround and subwoofer by the end of they year..hehe cant really wait to hear how they sound like..

Awesome sound!!! Got a Yamaha powered 8" woofer and this system rocks "just ask the neighbors". Using with my movies brings them to life. I've been going the home theater package "Speakers, DVD player, all in one deal" never again. Using old Surround Sound speakers from previous system, first time I've ever heard them sing like this.
