Totally awesome

This camera has all available functions of a point and shoot to a video camera, highly recommended.
Great overall camera

I really like mine, but it is, as they say, somewhat difficult to physically handle. It just takes getting used to. The video quality is well worth the price, but if file size/physical size/cost is too much of an issue, check out the incredible Casio EX-V7. The wide-vga movies from that camera are much smaller and actually just as good looking. The photos aren't as crisp as Canons, though.

I am very satisfied with the product.
However, 1% less.....
Still or Video images in the dark cause noticiable noises.... This is quite bothersome sometimes.

Everything I wanted: simple to use, lots of features, great movies and photos. I have stopped using my new Sony HHD handycam.
Canons software is a breeze on both Macs and PCs, not like Sony's software.

Real cool camera!

1. I got only about 5 minutes or so of video shooting 640 x 480 on a 1 gig SD card.
2. Battery life ain't great.
3. Adobe Premier 2.0 imports the clips but hangs with a 'insufficient memory' message. (Had to use QT to reconvert the clips)
