Hi hopes...dashed
by Howard Lute on Jan 1st, 2009 at 9:59 AM:
I bought these little lightweight headphones as they offered wireless mobility with vitually any sound source with an 1/8th in plug. I found them initially very good in sound quality and they worked quite well within a VERY limitted range (less than 15 feet). I dropped them one day from a height of less than 2 feet (coffee table to the floor...just the headphones, not the 1/8" transmitter). The result of this small fall was that they would no more sync with the transmitter without an extended session of pushing buttons, resetting them etc.
I rate them a very fragile and not very rigged because of this.
Battery has died; had freepulse headphones less than 1 month

I was very happy with my headphones until they quit charging, and I have had them less than a month! Logitech's tech support answer is to take them back to the store and exchange them!
FreePulse work great but are incredibly uncomfy
by Tupac Shakur on Apr 16th, 2008 at 3:17 PM:
These headphones work great - sound never breaks up, sound normal, and they appear durable. But, I have owned these for about a year now and there is nothing you can do, as far as adjusting, that will enable you to wear these things for longer than say 2 hours, TOPS - it is incredible - so I was watching Logitech's new product which was designed totally different - they are bound to be more comfortable, because unlike the ones I own - the total weight of the product does not rest on your ears via a plastic wire. This fact is so horrible and it starts giving your headaches - trust me - everyone else has been complaining about their comfort level - it is below 0. As such, I have no choice but to give these great-working headphones a 2 out of 10. Shame on you Logitech - you should have done better for a product that initially cost over a $100.
TWO sets of FreePulse both with DEAD batteries
by Bruce Florek on Feb 18th, 2008 at 9:27 AM:
I simply love these things, my wife watches what she wants and I watch what I want without disturbing her, BUT I now am the proud owner of two sets with the same problem ... the batteries in the headsets are dead. The Logitech web site is pretty useless. So a 10 for when they work and a ZERO for how long they last = a 5
