Terrible Phone!!!
Had it less than a year when the battery went............all my previous phones I had 2 yrs or more...never replace a battery.
Now the hearing volume on it is going!!
Try to use a phone you can't hear conversation on!
Also now my husban's battery is going in barely over a yr. on the KRZR.
Verizon needs to consider NOT offereing this phone or being ready to repair and replace free of charge!
I can't a pretty phone that does not work!
Frustrating, unreliable phone!!

I got this phone as a replacement for my trusty LG. After only one month, it is acting up and will not hold a charge. I just bought a new K1m battery (slim) for $40 and that clearly is not the problem. It's the phone. And now I find roughly 76 reviews about how terrible the phone operates! Wish I had read these reviews sooner. I'm adding mine, however, in the hopes it will ward off another consumer. The Motorola KRZR K1m is a piece of absolute junk. No doubt.

Got this phone in Feb 08 mainly because it looked great and had an mpe player and with the new every 2 was cheap. It has worked great until 2 days ago, now it flashes to a white screen and resets itself during phone call sending msgs, some times only once other times wit will keep doing it for 10-20 mins. The battery is horible nevr lasts longer than my work day (8 hrs) and while at work i don't really use it except at lunch. Don't even bother with this phone. It was a 5 star now its a 1.
will never buy a motorola again

This is the worst phone I've ever had. I've had it about a year and a half and have more problems than I've ever had with a phone. As we speak, I can't see my screen (it won't light up/turn on) and I haven't been able to use it for 3 hours. When the screen is on and I'm on the phone, the screen turns black or sometimes lights up completely white. The battery is ridiculous. This is my second battery (I've had it for about a month) and it lasts about 8 hours, maximum. This is the worst phone I've ever had, hands down.
