This is camera is CRAP!! Stay Away!!

Samsung sent this camera out with no software that your computer can use to recognize the camera to download your video. I now have a years worth of tapes that I can't download and make into movies. Samsung is no help since they already got my money, they could care less about helping me or providing any answers to fix. Stay away from this camera.

good camera

This camera does work. You have to buy a $20 cable to import the photos.

Garbage

Complete garbage. This camera is useless due to the fact you cannot simply import from it. the Ulead software does recognize the camera but does not import the video for some reason. Tons of bugs and errors. Samsung will not support this software so the camera is usless as you simply cannot capture video onto your computer. Avoid at all costs!
