Ending a call !!!
by Dennis on Oct 7th, 2007 at 6:11 PM:
Love the phone! One problem: I am accustomed to ending a call by closing the cover. This does not work on this phone. I even spoke with a Samsung tech persaon and he said apparently, the only way to end a call on this phone is to actually press the end button.
save to your microSD

All you have to do is set your phone to save to your microDF csrd snd it id s piece of cake to get them on your computer and as far as i know to put your own ring tones on you just need to make sure they are 15 seconds long (might even be able to be 30sec) and save them as a .mid file and put them in the "my sounds" folder
Couple problems
by Mike on Mar 2nd, 2007 at 10:32 AM:
I bought this camera so I wouldn't have to carry a phone, mp3 player and a camera. While it works fine as a phone, its camera and mp3 abilities should be better than they are. The camera has serious shutter lag -- don't even think of using it to take pictures of moving objects. As an mp3 player it is handicapped by its jack -- doesn't accept standard earphone plugs unless you plug in a dongle that converts the phones native jack to a standard jack. Great -- another thing to carry around and lose. For me these two issues are serious enough that I don't use the phone or mp3 player.
Another curious problem is that occasionally, when I try to shut off an alert for an appointment, the alert will continue to notify me periodically even though I've acknowledged the alert. Continues even if I delete the appointment. Very annoying -- keeps ringing every hour until midnight.
