All good things come to an end!

Oh MAN! When I first got my pink Chocolate, I was truly in love. It was great for me for a long time, but only because this is the nicest phone I've ever had. I'd been stuck to one of those fat blue Nokia's for a couple years, so the change was needed... But anyways, I've just started having problems like, a couple weeks ago. None of this random calling, blank screen... No. This thing is like, NOT DURABLE AT ALL. I said before, this is the nicest phone I've ever had, so I've treated it like a baby with paper bones. I've had it for just over 6 months, and now out of nowhere, the jack that the charger plugs into broke off and now it's stuck inside the phone. I could hold it in place to get it to charge for a few days, but now that doesn't even work. I called Verizon to see what they can do about it, and the guy was a real jerk to me. He said that physical damage isn't covered in warranty, but I didn't do anything to damage this phone because to be honest, I loved it. Never had a single problem with it until now.
Apparently, this is a common problem with these phones, so why wouldn't it be covered? I still have to bring it in to be looked at, but the guy said that chances are I'd end up having to get a new one. I wouldn't really recommend it though. It's hard to get used to, and it gets confused pretty easy. I like to think of it as well, the blonde of cell phones. But I don't know. It's really stupid that it can't charge any more. Way to go Verizon. Make a phone that'll break from just being used.
Bad phone

I have had the exact same problems as mentioned by the other users, scrolls by itself, and calls numbers by itself and screen goes blank. Between me and my daughter Verizon has replaced 5 of these phones and we have only had them since March.
Who knew Chocolate tastes so bad!

This phone stinks. It just scrolls and calls people randomly, and when I try and use the "fancy" touch sensitive buttons forget it! They don't work. But if I don't push a button, it will call the last number automatically. I thought it was bad before when the menu would pop up whenever I talk to someone, now it just rots! Worst phone ever and just keeps getting worse. I bought it before it came out in the stores, never again. I agree with all bad reviews here. I do not recommend people buying this phone.
Not a good phone

Awful phone...mine does all the above-mentioned things: dialing by itself, can't open it without it dialing the number of the last call received/made, the scrolling ad nausea when trying to pick a feature...the list goes on and on. Thank goodness I didn't throw away my old phone. The Chocolate is in the closet, as a reminder that the newest isn't always the best. Not a good phone even for LG.

Worst phone I ever owned.
