I've owned this camera for several months. I am a little disappointed

Inside pictures are definitely noisy. Plus the focusing does not seem right. Maybe I need to read the directions again. Anyways I bought the camera for kayaking and water sports which I haven't used it yet for that. The macro I haven't used it for also. Which is suppose to be great for that. Also underwater. But for family get togethers it didn't perform to my expectations either.

I've owned two of these cameras. Same thing happened to both - the screen stopped working first, then the whole camera stopped. I always locked the tab on the bottom, never dropped it. I used it in surf (customer service at Pentax said the camera would be fine in this), never placed it down on sand, yet somehow water & sand penetrated the supposedly watertight seal. Pentax replaced the first camera, refused to replace or repair second camera, even though it was still under warranty. Don't bother with the camera or with Pentax at all if you expect customer satisfaction.
