A spare battery or longer life battery is strongly recommended with this camcorder,This is a great product by JVC. Im very happy with it.

Deleting unwanted video clips or photos is easy. I was particularly attracted to the compact size of the camcorder yet it has enough features for someone who wants a simple point & shoot camcorder like me. The only disadvantage is the Battery Life, 50 minutes is simply not long enough. A spare battery or longer life battery is strongly recommended with this camcorder.

My second camcorder & the first one with HDD. The HDD makes it simpler, no tapes to change or keep & you can get an index of what you shot. Deleting unwanted video clips or photos is easy. Good value for money

Thanks very much for this review I was waiting for this review and also canon HV10 review . I would suggest a small correction regarding low light performance . In the Lowlight performance section you say that it's 6.5 but under description you gave the score of 9.25. I hope that's beacuase of some mistakes.
