An okay BT
by Pete on Mar 3rd, 2008 at 9:56 AM:
The Jabra is really a nice-artistic BT if that's what you are into. However I found it to be just the same as any other BT that I've used. Down side, reception wasn't that great. People had hard time hearing me and too much static at times. For the design a 10, but for use and function a 7 and VOLUME LOUDNESS (which is really important) it gets a 2. Needs to be much louder, don't buy this BT if volume is what you want!!
Excellent!

I have had this unit for over 1 year, 1st with a Razr V3 & now with the T-Mobile Dash. Excellent.
I would highly recommend this product. The digital noise compensation feature is amazing and so is the ease of use!
Love it, disliked the discomfort but Jabra came through
by Jaime Ferrer on Jun 4th, 2007 at 4:45 PM:
I bought this headset a few weeks ago and I loved it. Until I began to wear it. The lack of an eargel made it extremely uncomfortable to wear even though the sound quality was great. This is where the story takes a turn for the best. I contacted Jabra through the e-mail provided on the website, who send two replacement ear hooks to any owners of the JX-10. In the e-mail that I sent to them I mentioned that the unit was uncomfortable to wear by itself and that I would need eargels, which they sent, in droves. I have enough eargels for a while and I can now wear my headset without the ear hook, which is great since I wear glasses. Love the service I got from Jabra.
Brilliant and Unreliable

Best looking, best-priced, coolest headset on the market -- a disaster when used with the Motorola Q -- will it connect? or stay connected? or drop a call? or connect, then disconnect spontaneously -- this will be your hourly game with this headset. Cheers

Problematic Charger
by Carlene Chartrand on Oct 29th, 2008 at 1:10 PM:
The device was small and attractive, although I noticed that I had to keep the volume turned down very low in order to prevent a high pitch noise from sounding in my ear. People told me that they could hear me really well, and I could hear them clearly. The fit was not perfect, but good enough for wearing around for a few hours at a time. The ear bud doesn't have to fit into your ear, just rest on it enough so you can hear.
But now, it is in my garbage, next to...well...other junk.
