Lovely headset -bad electronics

My Jabra worked quite well, but I lost the ability to charge it after 6 months. First the charger wouldn't work and then the direct charge wouldn't work and almost shorted out my laptop. But it's beautiful.

Good Unit/only downside=bad dsp

the unit works great! no problem pairing and the voice quality is great! however, the dsp is not that good and in loud places, the receiving party will hear a lot of background noise

Beautiful concept/ electronics bad

I bought this unit only to have it become disabled (couldn't turn it on after charging after 2 days or use. Exchanged it and the 2nd unit did the same thing in 2 days. Returned for a refund. No more JX-10s for me

Looks good -- performance not good

I found this headset to not measure up to my expectations. It frequently hangs up on calls. There's a huge lag for it to respond to the phone. Sound quality while on a call is mediocre. Support is poor/rude.
