Disgusted (Problem Ridden, Horrible Support)

I am totally disgusted with this computer, and the support. Rude, and they don't fix the problems. When my computer was sent in two times in 3 weeks!
I have many co-workers that have had the same problems with Lenovo, so I know it is not just me. Looking at the reviews, most seem legitimate. The ones who rate this computer high, or a 10, obviously lowly Lenovo workers claiming to be true users. They should be ashamed of themselves, and hopefully find work with a real computer maker. Lenovo disgusts me, and almost everyone I know that uses their poorly made computers.

After one year my Lenovo 3000 v100 was great! no problems what so ever.. but then it started to shut down and was very hot! Like burning. This went on for a while until now, it won't start again. It says my hard disk is non functional. Before this I had an Acer aspire that I bought in 2001 and it still works. So I am disappointed with my Lenovo.. it only lasted for a year.
Stellar notebook

I have owned this notebook since day one just a little bit after it came out. I bought it because it had the best rated keyboard, and indeed it really does for the size. I am very suprised by all the negative reviews. I am a systems engineer and know a ton about computers. I have had zero problems with this laptop, brought it all over Europe, and it hasn't complained once. The battery did stop working after 2 years, but that is common for notebooks. Lenovo did a great job, and it is unfortunate that some people had a bad experience.
Garbage

Got this laptop for my daughter a little more than a year ago. Luckily we purchased an extended contract. Twice, the laptop screen needed to be replaced and then the keyboard stopped working. When it was returned to us the third time (around 2 months later), the disk drive was slow and windows only worked when my daughter logged in. The system has degraded since then and needs to be sent in A FOURTH TIME.
DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP.

Headaches and a Waste of $$$

However, this is the 2nd Lenovo I was issued, and I am done with this computer maker (as are apparently many other colleagues). I may buy a computer out of my own pocket to save me further grief. Save your money, and avoid this computer.
