good, but window'sy interface

Very 'window's like.. not consistant unser interface, the 'ok' but changes from menu to menu. Not complete bluetooth access.. can't backup phone to a mac.. (you have to use their subcrsiption service, and that only backs up phone numbers). However contrary to the main review, I have found that it does play MP3's flawlessly.. and was very easy to set up..
summary, not for mac users; it'll drive you bonkers.
but if you like odd arcane ways of attaching files in emails... like windows..and an even stranger verizon generic user interface.. then you'll love this phone
