Night Mode

I can't seem to make the night mode feature work properly. In manual mode you select night mode, but the video images are very slow and lag. Once you take it off....its back to normal. Any ideas???

Nightmode

I really like the size of this.
I have the panasonic gs250 http://reviews.designtechnica.com/review3071.html and I like the features, but wish it was smaller
