Excellent value.

I had no problem w/connection ports. I run my hi-def cable box audio optical-out thru the optical-in port (also has co-axial digital in port) and hi-def 5.1 TV broadcasts sound great, as do DVDs and VHS stereo.

This system is fantastic for the $$

The receiver does not have enough connection ports. Instructions are entirely unclear. In short the system sucks

This surround system with a built-in DVD player has all the right stuff and can really rock the house! Easy to connect, fairly easy to figure out. Only wish the instructions where a bit more clear.
