Losy warranty and poor support

I had my unit for 2 years moved and the unit wouldn't search in the antenna mode. Support had me kick start the unit and now have a fishing weight! They will replace it for $210 with a rebuilt unit. Since I won't pay the $210 I also lose my "lifetime TIVO subscription" to!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM HUMAX!

I have to rate it at "1" because there's no zero!

The best thing out there

I have had this unit for over a year it is the best . Never had a problem.

Delivers as advertised

I've had my DRT-400 for a couple weeks. Everything works perfectly. I've burned about 30 DVDs without a hitch. Love the TiVo service!

Bad Unit

I received a bad unit - it froze constantly and the only way to unfreeze is to unplug and plug it back in. Recording programs are hit and miss - if it freezes while recording, you don't get the program. Humax replacement policy was very bad. Had the unit for 4 days and they would not replace it with a new unit - they only replace with used or refurbished - which means you are paying full price for used/refurbished. The only thing to do was to return it. Would not recommend this unit to anyone because of that policy.
