a Great Idea but a flop

Like most people I would love these if they worked. The idea is great, but the quality has gone from bad to worst. When they are running (seldom) you will love it. Be ready for: Imput sensor not working, page feeding crooked (though you put it in straight) page not feeding, but just sliding, page not ejecting out the back,... Don't get me started on the drivers. Mine Crash the computer 6-8 times per day, causing a full reboot of the computer (XP PRO). I am a computer consultant, and love the idea, but hate the product.
