I'm loving this thing! I have used only the dummy-wizard to make scanning fast - the quality is great and the machine is very fast and responsive. Because my slides are 25+ years old, i need to color-correct many of them due to fading out, average shotting quality etc of the film. But once corrected - my family says that they look no worse than my Canon 20D shots - but what do they know!!!
It is one of the worst scanners ever made by man

The instruction book is very poor. The negative holder is flimsy. Is in the shop more then being used. a 100% piece of junk, which explains Konica/Minolta's place in the photography marketplace today.
Stay away from this product unless you love to spend money on things that are poorly designed and will never work consistently.

I get the same Unknown Error 1, something like "make sure all other Dimage software programs are closed". I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled everything, no luck. Not sure what the deal is
Cannot ever get it to work

I have installed the software exactly as directed. I have downloaded updated software from their website. I always gives an error message when I try to use it with my new Compaq desktop. It says "unknown error" then freezes up. The manual and websites are no help. DON'T BUY ONE OF THESE!!!
