i love it, but ...
by lisa on Sep 5th, 2005 at 2:36 PM:
i can't seem to download legal music and load the songs onto the mpio player. the formats are the right ones (WMA and MP3), but when i load the songs onto the player, the songs won't work. seems i can only load songs that were ripped from my CD collection.
i've never had a problem deleting (just delete from the file list in WinExplorer), but i've noticed occasionally that my songs cut each other off and run together. that's less bothersome than my inability to load new songs though ...

It's a good MP3 player, but it was left charging for an evening and ever since, it has not turned on. Any suggestions? It won't work to any extent short of my computer detecting it.
Please E-mail with a solution A.S.A.P.
Thank you.
