I bought this computer over a year ago, and had only one problem the fuji hard drive went bad, set it to them was repaired and return next day shipping. It also works great watching DVD, I recently had surgery wher I had to stay for four days, I watched my favorite DVD's without booting the machine it was great, I like this machine more than the Dell D800 my employer supplied me for work
Excellent Value

I've owned a refurbished model for a few months now, which I purchased for C$1000. For the price I am very happy, the screen is exactly what I was looking for and you'll be hard pressed to find a WXGA screen for under C$1000. The AveraPlay technology does exactly what is says, and you can quite comfortably enjoy DVDs without having to turn the laptop on. It's not a speed demon, but very nice for coding and light office work. I have found that after several minutes of intensive graphics work the system will reboot itself without warning, which is obviously a concern but I can't say if that problem is just with my unit or not. Also, my touchpad recently stopped working, but I normally use a mouse anyways. However, if you are looking for a nice portable DVD player and want to do office work on the go then by all means this unit is for you. If you want to play video games, don't bother with this unit.

Support is bad. Very bad. Had I to do it again I would pay a little bit more for a better computer with better support from the manufacturer.
