Starts out good dies after 2 years

This printer came highly recommended to me by the sales associate. It worked really well for nearly 2 years. Then after the two year point the ink stops working for no reason. I replaced the cartridge, cleaned the nozzles several times. Printer will not print, but cartridges are emptying out.
Technical support thinks I should spend money on more ink and getting it serviced. I don't think so.

As far as I am concerned DO NOT BY EPSON PRODUCTS.
