Overheating a real pain!

I've had mine for 4 years now and overheating is a major issue. I have my lap top elevated about 4 inches just so it could breathe right because if not, it would simply shut off while I was in the middle of doing ANYTHING!
Good laptop but overheating is frequent

I have had my laptop for 4 years right now, and I really like it. Only issue with it is that whenever I'm watching movies or anything and leaving my laptop on a flat surface, it will overheat and cause the video to stagger.
Great budget laptop

I have had my satellite a60 for one year, and it works just great. Had an issue with a blue screen and some ati2dvag file but upgraded bios to 1.9 and it worked perfectly. Good laptop for the price couldn't expect better from a laptop; so decently priced..
A very bad laptop

I have suffered so much with this laptop. First problem of overheating occured when it was 25 days old. I sent it in for repair and that's what I have doing for quite some time. My advice to others would be NEVER BUY A TOSHIBA LAPTOP. There could be other models which are great, but Toshiba failed to take responsibility for the manufaturing defect of this particular model. I felt myself cheated.
