i can't put music on my MSI mega 515 it shows the removerble drive in "my computer" but then when i double click on it it says " The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error" can you help me please??

well i now how but, ever time i put a song on it, like track 1 it will over write if i put a different track 1 on it.how do i stop this
