Nice while it worked

Expensive, lovely for 2 years. The transformer started buzzing, as loud as the alarm by the end. Response from Boston (AUS) - 'transformers just buzz, can't get the part, get a new radio.'
Put me in touch with the transformer supplier in China, after a month of trying I gave up.
If this was a $20 radio - maybe, with a $350 radio this is not acceptable.

Very Good radio, easy to hear and see when using at night. Very good base tone when its turned up. Great tuner for pulling in those weak stations. Mellow powerful tone. Easy to use sleep timer. No mini headphone jack but great radio for a bed room or den.
