Hi, I have been using this computer for over 3.5 years it is extremely reliable. It just looks a bit old now and I am planning on upgrading its memory to 512MB. This computer has actually fortified my views about Toshiba being the leader

I have this laptop for over 3 years now. It never failed me and keep running everything I want. I am not a gamer, but it handled Gothic 2 pretty well. I dropped it several times and now the locking mechanism for the battery is broken (had to use some tape to keep it in place) but this laptop just keep working. This actually can be the worst thing about that notebook; it doesn't give you any reason to upgrade, even if you want to. Sometimes I dream that it will break and I will be excused to go and shop for something new, but it doeasn't seem to be happening anytime soon.

I have had this model for 3 years now. It has been to Iraq and several other countries under the weather. This computer is an awesome laptop even for an intermediate user. Nothing but thumbs up.
