Not for use with PC, no 800 number

I purchased this plasma TV and had it installed in the conference room of my office. The TV works fine with the satellite TV, DVD player, and VCR I've attached, but I purchased a plasma for the conference room largely to show PC-based presentations to clients. Our installers were having a difficult time getting a decent PC signal to output to the monitor when finally one of them found the line "Note: This TV is not intended for connection to and should not be used with a PC" buried within the owners manual. This disclaimer is not repeated anywhere else online or off. I'm supremely disappointed that I spent the extra money to get a quality, name brand plasma TV with a native resolution of 1024x764 only to find out once it was purchased that I can't use it as a PC display. The only customer support option Toshiba offers for their consumer products is a brief e-mail form on their web site - we'll see whether or not I get a timely or meaningful response.
