Samsung DVD-R4000 Review
By

Summary
DVD-RAM is definitely the runt of the recordable DVD litter, but maybe it'll get a boost from Samsung's new recorder. This deck is a virtual clone of Panasonic's DMR-E50, with progressive-scan video playback and a Time Slip function that imitates TiVo's ability to pause live TV.
