Summary
The Lenovo IdeaPad S12 is the first netbook computer to have discrete graphics capabilities. The S12 is able to push discrete graphics through NVIDIA's Ion processing chip. The S12's large 12.1-inch (1280 x 800) screen blurs the line between a netbook and a notebook. At only 1.14 inches thick the S12 packs the performance of a full sized notebook into a netbook sized package. Other notable features include over four hours of battery life, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 160 GB of hard drive storage, and an Intel Atom N270 processor.
