Athena S.5 Review

Summary

The S.5 speaker combines great looks, flexible placement options, high power handling, and massive sound, all in one value priced package. The high gloss black cabinets look beautiful in any décor, and the baffles are available in either black, or silver. The S.5 is also available in Cherry finish with a black baffle, which allows it to be used with the Cherry models in the SCT series. The best part about the S.5 is its many uses! It has been designed for use on its own in smaller rooms, in conjunction with the P.5 subwoofer for larger rooms, or as a rear channel speaker in a home theater system. The finish choices allow it to be used in conjunction with any other athena TECHNOLOGIESmodel. It is also completely timbre matched - so it can be utilized in conjunction with SCT models, and AUDITION models alike.
