Summary
This receiver boasts 100 watts x 6 channels of power and all the surround processing you need for a totally enveloping, 360º home theater experience. For starters, there's DTS-ES decoding, which not only handles the 6.1-channel soundtracks of DTS-ES DVDs, but can also create 6.1-channel sound from any DTS soundtrack. You also get Dolby Digital and Pro Logic II decoding, plus Panasonic's Enhanced Surround mode, which transforms any stereo or surround source — movie or music — into realistic 6.1-channel sound.
