Summary
The JVC DRMH30 DVD-RAM and DVD-R/RW recorder includes a 160-GB hard drive. When you record a program to the hard drive, it monitors the amount of movement in the image, and then when you dub it to DVD, it continually adjusts the bit rate to optimize the picture quality.
