Toshiba is set to mass-release its new e805 Pocket PC, which will feature the largest screen of any Pocket PC other than the little known e550G. With a 4.0" VGA screen capable of 480 x 640 resolution and a list of equally impressive features, the e805 now holds the title of "Most Advanced Pocket PC." Powered by a 400MHz PXA263 XScale processor, the e805 includes 128MB of RAM, a 32MB ROM and an additional 32MB of flash ROM memory for a non-volatile file store. The e805 also boasts onboard 802.11b WiFi, CompactFlash and Secure Digital slots. An integrated ATI Graphics Controller rounds out this high-end list of features with 2MB of onboard video memory.
