The Sharp Actius RD3D is the first 3-D notebook that does not require special glasses; Sharp's 3-D TFT display controls the way light leaves the screen so that left and right eyes see separate images that composite into one 3-D whole. The display can also be switched to a standard 2-D for normal viewing.
